The Crestview Police Department Community Service Division offers a wide range of services to assist the community in both crime prevention and citizen education. The Community Service Division offers various programs, such as:

- Neighborhood Watch
- RUOK program
- Take Me Home program
- Project Lifesaver
- Home security surveys
- Business security surveys
- McGruff and child fingerprinting.
